External Mixer Operator - Day Shift

In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

• Set up, operate, and monitor the machines used for mixing
• Check and monitor processing conditions and product quality
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with recipes
• Train or assist in training new employees
• Adhere to the production schedule and meet operational requirements
• Perform certain calculations at the end of production to account for inputs
• Handle 30-kg loads of rubber several times a day

• Permanent full-time position
• Shift: day (Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
• Salary: $24.07/hr on entry
