• Opening Manager (7 a.m.3 p.m.) Kickstart the day with energy
• Evening Manager (3 p.m.11 p.m.) Keep the restaurant moving during the dinner rush
• Overnight Manager (11 p.m.7 a.m.) Maintain the late-night momentum
