Plan, design, configure, and manage enterprise server infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
Administer and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions using virtualization and cloud technologies.
Support and manage cloud environments (Azure & AWS), ensuring system reliability, performance, and security compliance.
Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes (AKS, ARO) and related orchestration tools.
Implement and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and other virtualization technologies.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical enterprise systems.
Work with Windows Server (2019/2022) and Unix/Linux systems, performing installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
Administer core network services including DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, and file systems.
Manage storage systems and server hardware, ensuring optimal performance and capacity planning.
Perform system monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting using security and performance tools.
Manage identity, access, and security frameworks including user authentication, password management, and PAM solutions (Centrify).
Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages for automation and system administration tasks.
Support SFTP and secure data transfer mechanisms across environments.
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support infrastructure projects.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Provide high-quality customer support in high-pressure, fast-paced production environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
