General Dentist

DentalWorks is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused General Dentist to provide high-quality comprehensive dental care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a key clinical provider in our collaborative, team-oriented environment, you will deliver a full scope of general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive care, and basic cosmetic dentistry. You will perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, and simple periodontal therapies while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Working closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, you will help create a seamless and positive patient experience aligned with DentalWorks’ mission of affordable, high-quality care. You will educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care, clearly explaining diagnoses and answering questions to support informed decisions. The role includes reviewing radiographs and digital imaging, maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to all clinical protocols and infection control standards, and complying with state, federal, and organizational regulations. You will contribute to a culture of teamwork, mentoring clinical support staff where appropriate, participating in case discussions, and collaborating on complex treatment plans.
