As a Test Engineer you will provide expertise in business process and system analysis and design. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Responsibilities
Collaborates with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large epics into features and user stories that can be understood and approved by members of the development team
Envision, develop, and create requirements to improve tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics.
Meeting with product design team to determine testing parameters, ensuring that developed user stories are completed accurately
Working with teams to bring continuous improvement to DevSecOps processes and tools Engineering and implementing solutions and providing recommendations for continuous improvement for the services provided
Creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for accessibility validation
Managing test data architecture definition and Providing validation testing of different system and data sets for cloud migrations
Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results, including three or more of the following:
Data validation testing
Functional testing
Performance and load testing
Usability testing
Accessibility (508) testing of web and mobile applications to ensure compliance with Section 508, WCAG 2.1, and other relevant standards with accessibility laws, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure ongoing compliance and innovation
Troubleshooting errors and streamlining the test procedures
Use JIRA as agile lifecycle tool, along with SalesForce functional and administrative features
Automating and improving development, testing, deployment, and release processes
Documenting as-is state of the environment, performing a gap analysis, and producing artifacts that articulate options and recommendations
Utilizing tools such as Axe, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and other assistive technologies to assess accessibility
Acting as an individual contributor and mentor more junior team members
Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security/Suitability Clearance
US Citizenship Required
BS Degree in an IT field OR BS in a non-IT field and 3 years related IT experience
3 years of experience with one or more programming or scripting languages
3 years of working experience in DevSecOps environment with actual/active working experience in an Agile environment
3 years of experience with Git Source Control Management (SCM) providers such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
Knowledge or experience integrating test automation including performance, security, and functional tests into CI/CD Pipelines
Knowledge or experience working in one or more cloud computing environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proven experience with accessibility testing and a solid understanding of Section 508 and WCAG standards
Proficiency with accessibility evaluation tools and assistive technologies

Compensation:
The likely salary range for this position is $85,093 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Benefits:
