The Content Management organisation is responsible for publishing creative assets, experiences and critical digital content to client websites and other platforms worldwide. The Content Manager reports to a Manager, Interactive Content, and works closely with both the organisation and external teams to ensure all client interactive deliverables are completed accurately and on time. The role focuses on top‑quality content production and publishing, with a strong emphasis on content‑management tools and processes. Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day content‑management operations and tasks in support of product launches, marketing initiatives and regular page maintenance Ensure the quality of your own deliverables to the client Collaborate cross‑functionally and proactively with internal and external teams, with high communication standards Work with developer teams to plan page structures and approaches to projects Lead smaller projects as assigned with the support of the team Balance and prioritise multiple projects, assignments and launches in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment Contribute to documentation and training within the content‑management organisation Maintain a complete understanding of the complexities of CMS and other internal tools Provide feedback to evolve internal platforms and processes by suggesting optimisations to toolsets, UI, best practices and workflow Requirements
Minimum of 2‑4 years of experience in web production teams Experience with localisation and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus) Knowledge of content‑management and related system processes Experience with a Git client application (Tower, SourceTree, etc.) is a plus Knowledge of HTML, JSON and XML is a plus Ability to test and report on CMS issues and communicate those to technical and non‑technical personnel Experience working with evolving toolsets as they are rolled out Demonstrated success working with defined business processes and workflows Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others in an unpredictable environment Flexible personality and schedule to handle rapidly changing, time‑constrained launch schedules High degree of ownership and accountability Highly detail‑oriented, organised and patient, able to handle ambiguity Pay Range $64/hr – $71/hr Why work here At WPP Production you’ll shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
