The Role as a Sales Manager You’ll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. This is a hands-on leadership role where performance, accountability, and results are key.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
* Experience leading or mentoring a sales team (or clear potential to step into leadership)
* Strong focus on performance, KPIs, and revenue growth
* Background in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Driven, ambitious, and motivated to get the best out of people
We’re open to individuals with more limited management experience, as long as you can clearly demonstrate success in delivering against budget and driving team performance.
