Your RoleAs our School Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our school, providing essential front-of-house reception duties and comprehensive administrative support. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage reception, including calls, visitors, and enquiries
- Maintain school systems, records, and calendars
- Support meetings, correspondence, and documentation
- Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting
- Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Support the wider school team with general administration tasks

What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in an administrative role (education experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with IT systems (SIMS experience is desirable)
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
