Description: About the Role US Neuro is building a structured sales team, and we're hiring motivated, early-career professionals. This is an entry-level sales role focused on building relationships with medical practices, introducing our services, and helping generate new business opportunities. You'll be part of a small, growing team and will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to leadership. What You'll Do
Identify and research potential healthcare clients Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn Schedule introductory meetings for senior team members Track activity and progress in our CRM (Monday.com) Support follow-ups and relationship-building with prospects Learn and communicate the value of US Neuro services in a clinical setting Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and messaging
What Success Looks Like
Consistently generating qualified meetings with providers Building a strong, organized pipeline of prospects Demonstrating growth in communication, confidence, and sales skills Contributing to overall pipeline and revenue growth
Training & Development
1-week in-person orientation training program Ongoing mentorship from leadership and experienced team members Exposure to healthcare sales, marketing strategy, and business development

Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Interest in healthcare, sales, or business development Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and take feedback
Preferred Qualifications
