Super Systems Inc. is a Cincinnati based company and industrial automation systems integrator for the thermal processing industry and is seeking a highly organized and technically capable Engineering Services Coordinator. This role is critical to the successful coordination and execution of our field service projects, control system retrofits, and customer installations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Coordinate Purchasing and Product Management to ensure material availablity
* Review electrical drawings for accuracy to support project readiness and execution
* Work closely with CAD team to Review Bills of Material for accuracy
* Prepare and configure industrial computers and systems for field deployment
* Coordinate the scheduling of field engineers for installations and startups
* Manage all purchasing and shipping of materials needed for scheduled field installs
* Serve as point of contact for customers regrding project timelines and support
* Assist in tracking project progress, open jobs, and scheduling updates
* Coordinate invoicing completed jobs with billing department
* Participate in internal project review and planning meetings
*QUALIFICATIONS*
*Required:*
* 3+ years of experience in technical, engineering or industrial enviroment
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills
* Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams
*Preferred:*
* Experience with SCADA systems (Wonderware, Ignition or similar)
* Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Etc)
* Experience with ERP systems (Visual Manufacturing a Plus)
* Experience with Bills of Material and purchasing
* Experience in Project Management

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Ability to solve problems
Onsite role based in Cincinnati OH, Up to 10% travel for project support and field coordination.
*Education: *
* Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering Technology or related field
* 3-5 years Experience in Industrial Controls, automation, engineering services and Project Management
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
