Physical Therapist

PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize their independence and quality of life. As a Physical Therapist with PruittHealth, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team that may include physicians, nurses, occupational and speech therapists, social workers, and other care professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care. You will educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, safe mobility techniques, and strategies to prevent further injury or decline, while documenting progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
