Location: London Road, Waterlooville

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Salary: £28,308.80 per annum

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering a high standard of professional care and education.
• Observe, assess, and plan a stimulating range of early years activities.
• Engage as a professional team member, exhibiting a flexible attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to by all.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report all health and safety matters to management.
• Enhance the overall daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English: essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS: desirable
