*Job Summary* We are seeking a Solution Architect to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions. In this role, you aren’t just drawing diagrams; you are the primary technical strategist responsible for defining the blueprint of our most complex client projects. You will evaluate existing infrastructures, identify bottlenecks, and design modern, cloud-native architectures that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective. You must be able to think three steps ahead, anticipating how today’s code will interact with tomorrow’s business growth.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Technical Roadmap Design:* Create comprehensive architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps that align with client business goals.
* *Legacy Modernization:* Analyze outdated systems and devise migration strategies to move on-premise applications to modern cloud environments.
* *Lead Technical Discovery:* Conduct deep-dive sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
* *Standard Setting:* Establish coding standards, security protocols, and best practices for the development team to follow during execution.
* *Prototyping:* Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate architectural decisions and test the feasibility of new technologies.
* *Cross-Functional Leadership:* Act as the technical liaison between the client’s executive team and Tevpro’s engineering department.
* *Security & Compliance:* Ensure all designed solutions meet industry-standard security benchmarks and data privacy regulations.
*Technical Requirements*
* *Experience:* Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a formal Architect or Lead Engineer role.
* *Enterprise Expertise:* Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
* *Cloud Strategy:* Expert-level knowledge of Azure or AWS, including serverless functions, managed services, and cloud security models.
* *Integration Patterns:* Deep understanding of API-first design, message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and ETL processes for data integration.
* *Stack Versatility:* Strong background in .NET or Java ecosystems, combined with modern JavaScript frameworks and relational database design.
* *Analytical Mindset:* Ability to conduct "Build vs. Buy" assessments and justify technology choices based on cost, performance, and risk.
* *Soft Skills:* Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to command a room of C-suite executives or senior engineers.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,100.00 per month
