In UL Solutions’ Built Environment, we help our customers meet evolving requirements for the safety, quality, performance, sustainability, interoperability and security of building materials, products, infrastructure and technologies. Responsibilities
Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates to meet financial commitments. Acts as an advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Supervises and resolves customer requests and/or issues. Supervises the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. Qualifications
University Degree (Bachelors Degree) in a related discipline 4+ years of related experience Ability to work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires a variety of factors, including understanding the sales process. Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers. To learn more about us and the work we do, visitUL.com What we offer: Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimatedannual compensation for this position is$87,500 - $106,250which includes a base salary of $70,000. - $85,000. and 100% on target performance.Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 25% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours). #LI-SG2 About Us
