The Role We’re hiring a paid Social Media Content & Research Intern with strong journalism instincts and interest in media and content production. You’ll work alongside our internal team of experienced marketers and content producers, gaining real, hands‑on skills collaborating on live projects, not working in isolation.
This role is ideal for someone who can research and write sharp, timely concepts for social content, but also wants to be hands on shooting and editing content. You will be helping research, write, shoot, and edit content that actually ships.
What You’ll Do Depending on your strengths, you’ll take on one or more of the following:
Research, Writing & Concept Development
Researching the real estate and housing industry to identify timely stories, trends
Writing content ideas, hooks, talking points, and outlines for founder led and brand content
Supporting light scripting for short form video and ads
Content Production & Execution
Assisting in shooting content with founders & Ridley customers
Assisting in editing video for organic social and paid social ads
What You Bring
Strong research and synthesis skills
Strong research instincts and curiosity about real estate, housing, & tech
Background or strong interest in journalism, media, communications, or content creation
Comfortable writing for social content
Baseline experience shooting and editing video for social
