Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project resources, including budget, schedule, and team members. Lead project meetings, status reviews, and steering committee meetings. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, IT, operations) and external vendors. Manage communications and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives. Oversee the testing and implementation phases of the project. Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management at-scale. Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar ERP implementations (Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Experience managing projects with external stakeholders/third parties within budget constraints. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. xywuqvp Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification Experience with SmartSheets and ServiceNow Healthcare industry experience Prior experience managing a full Workday implementation lifecycle (from conception to post-production)
