As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating, treating, and educating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and functional limitations across the continuum of care. In this role, you will perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and overall functional independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational and speech therapists, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, effective care that aligns with each patient’s goals and discharge plans. This position offers opportunities to work in a collaborative environment where your clinical expertise is valued and supported. You will have access to ongoing professional development, including internal education, mentoring, and potential support for specialty certifications or advanced training. You will be encouraged to pursue best practices, stay current with clinical guidelines and research, and contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist who is comfortable managing a varied caseload, demonstrates strong clinical reasoning skills, and communicates effectively with diverse patient populations. You should be able to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic clinical environment, and demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity in all patient interactions. Physical demands of the role include frequent standing, walking, lifting, transferring, and positioning patients with appropriate body mechanics and safety techniques, as well as occasional assistance with adaptive equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, and orthotics.
