In this role, you will perform thorough clinical examinations, review radiographic and digital imaging, and leverage advanced dental technology to diagnose conditions and present clear, empathetic treatment recommendations. You will administer local anesthesia, IV sedation, and, where appropriate, general anesthesia in accordance with state regulations and Brident’s clinical protocols, carefully monitoring patients throughout the perioperative period. Responsibilities include obtaining informed consent, maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation, prescribing and managing post-operative medications, and providing timely follow-up care to support optimal healing and patient satisfaction.
You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning by participating in case discussions, clinical calibration, and ongoing training opportunities offered by Brident Dental & Orthodontics. As a clinical leader, you will model best practices in infection control, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, risk management, and evidence-based care, while mentoring dentists and clinical support staff in the proper triage and referral of surgical cases. You will help refine clinical protocols and workflows that improve efficiency, patient experience, and overall quality of care across the practice.
