Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

ClaimForge AI is a groundbreaking AI startup that is still forming its founding team. We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on CTO who will serve as a co-founder and lead our technology vision. This is a unique opportunity to build a transformative deep-tech platform from scratch, with equity as the primary compensation until our seed funding round is complete. You will be responsible for building our core technology, leading our engineering team, and setting the technical strategy that will redefine the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the company's technical roadmap, from the initial MVP to a comprehensive, market-dominating platform.
• Architect & Build the Platform: Be a hands-on leader in designing and developing our core technology, including our multi-agent AI system, federated learning framework, and secure blockchain audit trails.
• Recruit & Lead the Engineering Team: Build and mentor a world-class team of AI, data, and software engineers.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Architect the platform with security and privacy as a priority, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations from day one.
• Manage Technology Stack: Make critical decisions on the technology stack, cloud infrastructure, and software development methodologies.
• Collaborate with Co-founders: Work closely with the CEO and other founders to align the product vision with technology strategy and business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Proven experience in building and deploying complex AI/ML systems, particularly in a professional or academic setting.
• Experience with a range of technologies, including Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications is a plus.
• Skills:
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining a hands-on technical contributor.
• A strategic and innovative mindset, with a passion for building transformative technology.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. A Master's or Ph.D. is a plus.

Compensation

This is an equity-only role until the completion of our seed funding round. Following the seed round, a competitive salary and bonus structure will be put in place, in addition to a significant equity stake.
