Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday, All year round

Salary: £29,057.60 per annum

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan a stimulating range of early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
  • Engage as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
  • Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years - desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
