We are on the lookout for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be part of a nurturing environment that caters to children from 0-5 years, as well as an out-of-school club for children up to 12 years old. Depending on your strengths, you may work with our little ones aged 0-3 or support preschoolers and the out-of-school club for ages 3-12.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursery Practitioner, your main duties will include:
- Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
- Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
- Building professional relationships and reporting any concerns to management.
- Facilitating a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
- Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
- Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
- Desirable: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years
- Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements
