EHS Manager

Your new role includes:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures
Conducting regular safety audits and inspections of the workplace
Identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective measures
Conducting training sessions and workshops to promote safety awareness
Investigating incidents and accidents to determine causes and preventive measures
Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
Collaborating with management and employees to foster a culture of safety
Experience you need:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Certification in health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred
Ideally 5 – 7 years of experience within the Irish market
Full clean Irish driving licence xcfaprz
Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
