Senior Project Manager

Crown is Ireland’s leading roofing, cladding and façade contractor, delivering projects across sectors including commercial, residential, pharmaceutical, healthcare and data centres throughout Ireland and Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safe, efficient and on-budget delivery.

• 
  
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
  
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors in line with programme requirements
  
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications
  
• Maintain quality standards through inspections and reporting
  
• Work closely with planning, design and commercial teams
  
• Attend and contribute to client and site coordination meetings
  
• Monitor project costs and performance against budgetIdentify, track and report variations in a timely manner
  
• Maintain accurate site records and issue regular progress reports
  

• 
  
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a project management role (roofing/cladding essential)
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site practices
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project an advantage) xcfaprz
  
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel
  
• Candidates must be currently based in Ireland, the UK or mainland Europe
