The Opportunity This is an entry point into a high‑performing sales team that is growing quickly and expanding. You will play a critical role in keeping the sales engine running by owning key operational responsibilities, supporting customer accounts, and ensuring every opportunity is handled with urgency and care. At the same time, you will be exposed to real sales conversations, custom projects, and customer interactions from day one.
This is not a narrow, siloed role. You will see how the entire sales process works, contribute meaningfully, and earn trust by delivering consistently. As you do, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, including deeper involvement in sales and ownership of customer relationships.
We believe this role is a strong fit for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn. Strong performers quickly earn trust and are given the opportunity to take on more responsibility and expand their impact.
What You’ll Own & Grow Into
Become a trusted part of the sales team from day one: You will quickly learn our products and step into customer conversations when needed. As you build confidence and trust, you’ll take on more responsibility in qualifying and supporting deals.
Turn conversations into revenue opportunities: Reconnect with past customers, follow up after purchases, and identify upsell opportunities. You’ll play a key role in driving repeat business and strengthening customer relationships.
Own and develop custom sales opportunities: Work directly with customers on custom requests (graphics, sizing, unique builds) and help bring their ideas to life.
Have a direct impact on customer experience and brand reputation: Lead post‑sale follow‑up, gather feedback, and generate customer reviews that fuel future growth.
Earn increased responsibility as you deliver results: This role starts with a strong operational foundation, but high performers quickly earn trust and are given opportunities to take on more ownership, including deeper involvement in sales.
Work alongside and learn from a high‑performing team: You’ll be supported by experienced sales professionals and a sales leader who is deeply invested in coaching and development.
Get exposure to trade shows and real‑world selling environments: Participate in industry events and gain hands‑on experience interacting with customers in the field.
What You’ll Take Ownership Of
Manage and support key customer accounts from initial inquiry through production and delivery.
Handle inbound leads across phone, web, and chat, ensuring every opportunity is captured and followed up on.
Prepare quotes, manage CRM activity (HubSpot), and keep the sales pipeline organized.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and workflows to make the entire sales team more efficient.
Why This Role Is Different
You are stepping into a team that is busy, growing, and in need of support right now.
You will have visibility across the entire sales process, not just one piece of it.
Strong performers are recognized quickly and given opportunities to expand their role.
