Title: Director Company: Artia Solutions powered by Petauri Department: Contracting & Analytics Location: Tallahassee, FL / Remote, United States of America Supervisor: Senior Director of Contracting & Analytics Responsibilities
Oversee Artia’s Supplemental Rebate Bid Process to ensure timely and accurate deliverables across the Contracting & Analytics team, including monitoring of supplemental rebate solicitations from all Medicaid programs. Timely develop and compute supplemental rebate analysis for assigned clients as well as support internal reviews of team member’s analyses for additional clients. Coordinate, oversee, and involve projects and data needs between Analytics and other Artia business units, including but not limited to Phase 2 of Drug Launches. Act as liaison between Contracting & Analytics and other internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and deliverables. Regularly develop, lead, and assist in research projects for pharmaceutical companies. Communicate findings of research projects, in writing and verbally, internally and externally to present findings in a useful manner. Develop and provide strategic direction for clients to operationalize Medicaid strategy. Interact with pharmaceutical manufacturers and participate in various meetings to develop a strong understanding of client needs. Work closely with all Artia staff pharmacists and business units to understand and evaluate product indications, labels, utilization, and appropriate prior authorization criteria to determine impact on Medicaid strategy. Research appropriate material and maintain several online data tools that assist our clients in navigating the Medicaid marketplace. Participate in industry forums, conferences, and client advisory boards to represent Artia’s expertise and stay ahead of market trends. Provide guidance and professional development support to Senior Manager(s), Manager(s), and Analyst(s), fostering leadership growth and succession planning. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement and career growth for direct reports. Occasional Duties & Responsibilities
Travel for client meetings and company meetings at HQ. Professional development as needed. Provide support across various functions and contribute to tasks outside of primary responsibilities as needed to support team objectives. Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing desk-based tasks. Ability to use a computer and related office equipment (keyboard, mouse, phone, etc.) for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds for occasional office tasks (e.g., moving files, setting up equipment, etc.). Ability to occasionally walk, bend, or stoop to access files or office equipment. Good vision and manual dexterity to handle paperwork, documents, and office technology. Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with colleagues and clients. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field; PharmD preferred 5+ years of experience in a related field; leadership or supervisory role, managing teams of analysts or professionals preferred Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to senior leadership and clients. Develops strategic direction for the team and leads client strategy. Deep industry expertise and understanding to develop innovative solutions and strategies. Independently leads and manages relationships with large, high-touch clients. Experience working with client-facing roles, managing relationships and understanding client needs. Proficiency in Predictive Rebate Models (PRM). Proficiency in data manipulation (i.e. Access and Excel). Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to clients and senior leadership. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve client goals. Summary
