Job Description Activities / Responsibilities
SharePoint Administration: Architect, design, and implement SharePoint Online solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Define and document SharePoint Online architecture standards, guidelines, and governance.
Plan and oversee the deployment and configuration of SharePoint Online infrastructure.
Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.
Design and develop custom applications, workflows, forms, and integrations using SharePoint and Power Apps.
Ensure the use of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and other development tools align with best practices.
Power Apps Development: Develop and maintain Power Apps applications, leveraging the Power Platform to automate business processes.
Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Train end-users on SharePoint and Power Apps usage and best practices.
Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards; monitor and report on SharePoint Online usage, performance, and compliance metrics.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint and Power Apps solutions, and proactively identify and address potential challenges to ensure system stability.
Qualifications Required
8+ years of experience with application architecture, implementation, and support, including 5+ years of SharePoint administration and SharePoint Online support.
4+ years of experience with design, development, and support of PowerApps applications / Power Platform, web-based applications, and exposure to enterprise level applications.
Motivated self-starter who can lead by example and break down complex problems to find solutions quickly.
Enterprise Level Application Design & Configuration.
Enterprise Application Integration.
Tier 3 Enterprise Application Support.
Strong knowledge of information systems/healthcare concepts and terminology.
Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a problem-solving environment.
Ability to translate defined system requirements into technology solutions.
Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or Power Apps Developer.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.
Hands‑on experience with Power Apps development and integration.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Automate.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
Proven knowledge in working with a wide variety of healthcare applications and supporting technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical personnel.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to function in a fast‑paced, short‑deadline environment, and ability to develop innovative cost‑effective solutions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver solutions timely.
Strong oral and written communication skills; skilled communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years SharePoint administration and SharePoint Online support.
4+ years Power Apps development and support.
Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for customizations.
One or more industry leading certifications preferred.
Total Rewards
Salary: $95,612 – $131,467
