As Associate Director External Supply you will act as a key operational leader, ensuring effective coordination across internal teams and external partners while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
This is a permanent role with hybrid working.
Responsibilities Support oversight of outsourced R&D, NPI, manufacturing, and service partners Ensure smooth transition from product development to manufacturing Drive operational execution, batch release readiness, and supply continuity Coordinate global logistics, compliance, and distributor supply Track KPIs, manage vendor performance, and support risk mitigation Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, and Technical teams Identify cost efficiencies and support operational xcfaprz excellence initiatives Requirements 7+ years in operations within medical device, pharma, or a regulated industry Experience managing external/outsourced partners Strong knowledge of manufacturing, quality systems, and global supply Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support senior leadership For more information, please contact Sinéad Cullen on or
