The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations at McCabe Feeds to ensure productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising and leading staff, driving sales growth, monitoring production quality, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and fostering positive relationships with customers and suppliers. • Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience in overseeing production and supply chain management

• Knowledge of agriculture and farming needs, including feed production and related supplies, is an advantage
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work on-site in Cavan and engage with the local community
