The Central Statistics Office requires Census Liaison Officers (CLOs) who will act as a link between the large field force and the central administration of the census operation and will have responsibility for a number of Regional Supervisors (CRS).

The role is full‑time for approximately 9 months and requires extensive experience in a managerial or executive position, preferably one involving the organisation and supervision of substantial numbers of staff.

The successful candidate must have a valid full driving licence, use a car full‑time, and possess the knowledge and ability to undertake the duties of the post. Very good communication skills and experience in supervising or conducting household surveys, market research interviewing or practical social work are desirable.

Office location: Central Statistics Office, Swords, Co Dublin.
