The primary focus of this role is to provide electrical and mechanical backup support to dairy milk tanks.
If you enjoy working outdoors and comfortable working within a farm setting we would like to hear from you.
This role will involve travel throughout both Laois & Tipperary.
Please note it's a requirement to work one Saturday / month We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you are a qualified electrician or qualified mechanical engineer.
Duties to include Provision of remote and onsite service & support to customers.
The role involves identifying, troubleshooting and resolving customer technical problems Working daily with Electrical, Refrigeration and Mechanical devices Installation, Maintenance & Repair of Dairy Equipment (Milk tanks, Refrigeration Systems, Heat Recovery Systems etc.) Provide accurate reporting daily Deliver customer satisfaction by always providing a professional service, in a timely manner Provide breakdown support to customers on a rota basis Candidate profile Strong Electrical and Mechanical fault-finding ability We welcome all candidates with electrical/mechanical/refrigeration and agricultural engineering backgrounds Must be able to work well on own initiative and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well xcfaprz with customers Full clean driving license needed Willingness to work outside hours / provide technical support Background or interest in engineering, agriculture and / or the dairy industry an advantage Remuneration Attractive salary On-call roster with additional pay Fully equipped company van Fuel card Company phone Specialist on / offsite training provided To Apply Please email your cv through the attached link Phone calls in confidence to John Miller on Skills: Electrician Electrical Engineer Mechanical
