They deliver high-quality commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare projects across Ireland and are now involved in a hotel refurbishment project in Meath, with upgrade and fit-out works supporting the continued use and improvement of the existing venue.

This role offers the opportunity to work within an established site team on a live project, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site operations, managing subcontractors, and keeping the project moving in line with programme, quality and safety requirements.
Project OutlineThe project is a hotel refurbishment in Meath involving upgrade and fit-out works to improve the existing venue and support its ongoing use. The role will involve coordinating site activity, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong standard of quality throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule and to specification.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and direct labour on site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained in line with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain high quality control standards through regular site inspections.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers and design team to coordinate works and resolve issues.
- Manage site logistics, materials and plant requirements, ensuring timely procurement and efficient use of resources.
- Maintain daily site records and progress reports, ensuring key information is communicated to management.
- Assist in identifying, managing and reporting variations and changes in conjunction with the commercial team.
- Lead site meetings, daily briefings and toolbox talks where required.
- 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role with a Main Contractor.
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Third level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline, or a trade background with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations and health & safety legislation.
