Responsibilities
Own problem discovery and design scalable solutions across networking and physical security, even when requirements are unclear
Create presentations, demos, and training content that translate complex systems into clear, compelling narratives
Translate customer and partner needs into structured, actionable feedback that informs product direction
Scale the Partner Program by onboarding new MSPs/SIs and growing existing partners through repeatable, high‑quality deployments
Support both inbound opportunities and proactive outbound engagement with high‑potential customers and partners
Build and maintain lab environments to test, validate, and refine real‑world solutions
Qualifications
Embraces AI and LLMs to scale learning, problem‑solving, and creative output efficiently
Strong technical background required, with a solid foundation in networking concepts preferred
Clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences
Strategic and systems‑oriented thinker who can connect individual problems to broader patterns and solutions
Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while engaging with a high volume of customers and partners
