We’re hiring Licensed Inside Sales Representatives for inbound, remote sales roles starting with our 2026 training cohort. The position focuses on handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs, and converting leads into policyholders.
Key Dates
Licensed Class: June 1, 2026
Location Eligible only for candidates residing in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
Role Overview The Inside Sales Representative will operate remotely, managing inbound calls and warm leads, aligning products to customer needs, and closing sales. No cold calls are required. The role is scheduled for four weekdays and one weekend day with a mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST).
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs.
Match appropriate coverage, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Maintain a professional workspace, high‑speed internet, and required computer equipment.
Engage in paid training: 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Participate in rewards and recognition programs and maintain compliance with licensing requirements.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Ability to type quickly and proficiently use a PC.
Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided if not yet licensed).

Base salary starting at $45,000 with growth opportunities.
Total compensation (base + commission) typically ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, with top performers earning $85,000+.
