We are a well-established dental office dedicated to serving the aloha community in Kauai, HI and are seeking a passionate General Dentist to join our team. Our practice has deep roots in the community, providing exemplary dental care with a focus on patient relationships. We believe in a collaborative atmosphere where every team member plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience.
We are looking for a strong, compassionate leader, with at least 1+ years of experience, who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships with both staff and patients. As a vital member of our practice, your leadership will inspire and guide our team while delivering exceptional dental care. You must have a valid DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.

What we offer:
* A well-established practice with long-term patient base
* Compensation model based on 30%-35% of monthly collections (with a daily rate guarantee throughout the credentialing process of $800-$1000 per day!)
* PPO & Fee-for-service - no Medicaid or HMO plans.
* Monday-Thursday work schedule, we are looking to add a full time provider (40 hours/week)

Minimum Qualifications:

Pay: $165,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
