• People leadership: hire, onboard, mentor, and grow engineers; set goals, provide feedback; build an inclusive, psychologically safe culture.
  
• Delivery accountability: own roadmap, prioritization, and execution; unblock dependencies; drive timely delivery with clear scope, risks, and status.
  
• Provide hands-on technical leadership by developing client-service architecture, coding standards, and quality. Review design documents and make technical decisions on trade-offs. Ensure CI/CD, automated testing, and release readiness.
  
• Operational excellence: uphold reliability and crash-rate goals; lead incident response/RCAs; monitor production health and triage issues.
  
• Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with PM, Build, QE, Services, and partner orgs to deliver outcomes that move the business.
  

• 
  
• 7+ years building native apps; 2+ years leading/managing engineers; production ownership of iOS/Android features.
  
• Observability approach; focused debugging and data-driven decisions; strong communication and collaborator management.
  
• Dedication to accessibility, privacy, and security standards in production.
  
• Experience with Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit and/or Kotlin/Compose; strong grasp of concurrency, client persistence, and modern app architectures.
  
• Experience with Service/API fundamentals: REST/GraphQL, contract-first development (OpenAPI), reliability, caching, and auth.
  
• Experience with CI/CD and release: Xcode/Gradle pipelines, test automation, rollout/ramp strategies, crash/perf tooling.
