*The Role*
As our *Software Support & Development Specialist*, you’ll be the go-to expert for our Aptean ProWMS system. From keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly to driving forward system improvements, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us deliver excellence across our logistics and warehousing network.
You’ll work closely with IT, operations, and external partners to:
* Support and troubleshoot Aptean ProWMS, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Develop and customise system features to boost efficiency.
* Manage upgrades, testing, and rollouts.
* Create smart solutions that integrate ProWMS with other key systems.
* Share knowledge through documentation, training, and user support.
*What You’ll Bring*
* Proven experience with *Aptean ProWMS* (support, development, or administration).
* Strong SQL and reporting skills to solve problems and build solutions.
* A background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
* A knack for turning technical issues into easy-to-understand fixes.
* Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for making systems better.
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience with APIs, EDI, or system integrations.
* Knowledge of other ERP/WMS platforms.
* Project or process improvement experience.
