This Senior Software Engineer – Application Security role offers a rare opportunity to build a greenfield security platform from the ground up, shaping how application security is embedded into developer workflows at enterprise scale.

As a Senior Software Engineer – Application Security, you'll combine hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, driving a security‑first culture across hundreds of applications and high‑frequency release cycles.

• 
  
• Design and build a centralised application security platform (SAST, SCA, DAST, secret scanning)
  
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
  
• Develop scalable, cloud‑native applications using Java, Python, or Go on Kubernetes/AWS
  
• Lead engineering best practices across automation, testing, and DevSecOps
  
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to drive secure architecture decisions
  

• 
  
• 8+ years' experience as a senior engineer in enterprise environments
  
• Strong programming expertise in xcfaprz Java, Python, or Go and modern frameworks (e.g. Spring)
  
• Experience building and deploying applications on Kubernetes and AWS
  
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, automation, and testing frameworks
  
• Exposure to application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, WAF) is highly desirable
