Group Head Gelato Maker

We at Gino's Gelato are currently recruiting for the role of Group Head Gelato Maker to join our head Office operations team.

Gino's is a successful country wide chain of Gelato Shops which is experiencing strong growth and we are currently searching for a customer focused individual to join our dynamic team.

This is a mobile role and will involve hiring, training and ongoing training of Gelato makers throughout our stores nationwide.

The successful candidate will need to enjoy customer interaction, deliver excellent customer service, and have a flair for the creative.

Previous Experience Is Preferred.

• Meet and exceed customer expectations through active customer interaction
  
• Ensure all GM's are trained and produce to company standard and recipes.
  
• Monitor stock control and ordering of product.
  
• Ensure a clean and safe environment is provided at all times for your team and customers alike.
  
• Provide training, recognition and performance management to your team.
  
• Manage and implement marketing strategies for the store to ensure sales growth.
  
• Ensure all company policies are implemented at all times, especially HACCP and Food Safety.

Full Irish Driving licence necessary as travel will be required.
