Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Las Vegas, NV. The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed sales goals, drive business growth, and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring sales funnels, analyzing sales data, and working closely with management to ensure alignment with company goals. Additional duties involve identifying market trends, prospecting new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with retailers to promote the company’s product line. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management, B2B Sales, and relationship building Skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Coaching Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Sales Forecasting Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving abilities Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Knowledge of the wholesale or retail industry is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in CRM software
