We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead our site operations in Pottery Road. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders, ensuring strong performance across all production activities while fostering a positive, high‑performing culture. You will play a key role in delivering operational excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to customers.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and HR policies and procedures
  
• Lead and manage the Production Team to achieve all operational KPIs
  
• Monitor production performance, resolving issues in a timely manner
  
• Plan and organise workflow to meet customer and dispatch requirements
  
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels in line with operational demand
  
• Drive continuous improvement projects across production operations
  
• Complete daily and weekly reporting (shift reports, utilities, tracking tools)
  
• Communicate machine and operational issues to the maintenance team
  
• Monitor employee performance, providing coaching and feedback
  
• Manage payroll processes accurately and efficiently
  
• Promote a productive, engaged, and motivated team environment
  
• Ensure all staff are trained to required company standards
  
• Support succession planning and employee development initiatives
  
• Collaborate xcfaprz with Customer Service, Distribution, HR, and Maintenance teams
  
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and audit readiness
  
• Support site-wide Health & Safety initiatives and compliance

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar leadership role
  
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency and production processes
  
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to drive performance and meet business deadlines
  
• Experience in continuous improvement and project management
  
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
