Bachelor's degree preferred from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military experience. Minimum of 3-6 years of related experience. Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of sales and service operations. Self-motivated and goal oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to support financial and operational aspects of a distribution or warehouse operation. Strong computer skills. Ability to inspire and motivate others. Ability to analyze issues and problem solve. Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication and presentation skills. A track record of driving team and process accomplishments or solving problems for organizations.
