Our Allstate agency is looking for a motivated Office Representative who enjoys connecting with people and helping them find the right insurance coverage. This role focuses on sales and relationship building while providing customers with clear guidance on protection options for their homes, vehicles, and families.

Position Overview:
As an Office Representative, you will work with prospective and current customers to discuss coverage options, provide quotes, and help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. You will also follow up on leads and build long-term relationships that support the continued growth of the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Generate insurance quotes and present coverage options to customers
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and new business opportunities
- Conduct conversations with customers to identify their protection needs
- Assist customers in selecting policies that fit their situation and budget
- Maintain accurate records and follow agency sales processes
- Build lasting relationships that lead to customer retention and referrals
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Insurance experience helpful but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
- Willingness to obtain insurance licensing if not already licensed
