About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 1998 and lead a small, close-knit team of three. I bring nearly four decades of experience with State Farm, having spent many years in the claims department before becoming an agent. That background gives our office a deep understanding of insurance from every angle and allows us to provide thoughtful, well-rounded support to our customers.
Staying connected to the community is important to me. Im actively involved in local leadership through the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and service on the citys Pension Board, which reflects our commitment to being engaged and invested where we live and work.
For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, paid time off, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Our office culture is supportive and steady, and were looking to add younger talent who can bring fresh energy, new ideas, and enthusiasm while growing alongside an experienced team.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
