Stuart opened his State Farm agency to provide clear guidance and dependable service to families throughout the Austin area. As a husband, father, and Austin resident, Stuart understands how important it is to protect the people and possessions they value.
We are looking for compassionate professionals who are able to bring insurance experience and other skill sets into the role. Sales experience is key and being goal-driven and production-focused will help those that want to be a part of a lively, competitive team. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Stuart Nalewaik - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
