Client Experience Coordinator
Lawnify is a fast-growing lawn care and landscaping company in the Pittsburgh area. We are looking for someone to take ownership of client communication, scheduling, and day-to-day organization.
This is a remote position, but preference will be given to candidates located in the Pittsburgh area. You will be responsible for keeping communication tight, schedules organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you are highly organized, responsive, and take pride in staying on top of everything, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, texts, and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule services and manage daily routes
- Follow up on quotes and help turn leads into clients
- Keep Jobber and client records clean and up to date
- Coordinate with field crews throughout the day
- Track tasks and make sure nothing gets missed
- Support day-to-day operations as needed
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Must speak and write English clearly at a high level
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Fast response time and reliable availability during work hours
- Comfortable using software (Jobber, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Able to manage multiple things at once without getting overwhelmed
- Takes ownership and solves problems without needing constant direction
Requirements
- Available during standard business hours (Monday-Friday)
- Typical schedule is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must be fully available and responsive throughout the workday
- This is an active role - you will be communicating with clients and the team consistently, not working passively
- Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
- Able to answer calls and respond quickly throughout the day
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience in customer service or service-based businesses
- Scheduling or dispatching experience
- CRM experience (Jobber is a plus)
- Sales or follow-up experience

Seasonal Schedule
- This is intended to be a year-round role
- Hours are typically full-time during the busy season (spring through fall)
- Winter hours may be reduced depending on workload, with a focus on organization, client follow-up, and preparing for the upcoming season
- Strong performers will have the opportunity to maintain more consistent hours year-round
Preference will be given to candidates located in the Pittsburgh area.
