The American Journey Experience Membership and Member Services Representative provides a positive visitor experience through prompt, pleasant and courteous service. It processes transactions for the American Journey Experience including, but not limited to, general admission, memberships, classes, events, tours and merchandise sales.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides unparalleled customer service to visitors, staff, and all American Journey Experience customers.
- Proactively seeks to be knowledgeable of all The American Journey Experience history, exhibits, programs, and events to reflect the experience and brand.
- Creates bookings and process sales for general admission, classes, tours, events and merchandise offered at the American Journey Experience.
- Process all things with membership sales, including receiving
