Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Part-Time CSR will be responsible for building daily load plans, including deliveries and backhauls, and coordinating loads with drivers, shippers, and receivers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proactive, self-starter
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good phone and communication skills
• Ability to follow up on unfinished tasks and manage multiple priorities without supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ELD, HOS, and AS400
