Job Summary
Centric Fiber ("Centric") delivers industry-leading high-speed internet through Centric Fiber. Centric is rapidly expanding into new regions through a growth model that combines infrastructure innovation with high-impact community activation.
We are seekinga highly motivated, adaptable, and performance-driven Hybrid Regional Sales Representative to join our Houston team.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who can drive high-volume outbound sales activity while also serving as the face of Centric in the field through community activation, builder relationships, and local market development efforts.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is equally comfortable making repetitive outbound calls, attending community events, supporting market activations, and converting hot leads into closed sales.
This individual must bring grit, sales hunger, and field adaptability, helping Centric maintain immediate sales production while supporting long-term community growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily sales and call activity to support team goals
Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers
Connect with residents, builders, and community partners
Gather information on community timelines and upcoming opportunities
Identify ways to improve sales performance within your assigned area
Promote and explain Centric Fiber services to potential customers
Participate in community events, presentations, and local outreach efforts
Track your activity and sales progress using company systems (training provided)
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth customer setup and service activation
Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong communication with customers
Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
