Your Responsibilities
Participates in process change and redesign to implement improvements (including business requirements and acceptance testing) to support the business units.
Identifies opportunities and recommends solutions that increase automation and resolve system deficiencies.
Researches and resolves system issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintains awareness of systems, products and expertise to support business units.
Participates in assigned work groups, committees, and project implementations.
Collaborates with business and technical units.
Acts as a mentor for other individuals in the department.
Required Skills and Experience
4+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
3 years analytical experience or equivalent military experience.
Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate technical skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Access).
Desire to excel and ability to work in a high‑paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and projects.
Strong work ethic, flexible.
High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree.
Health Insurance experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits Pay Range:
$68,900.00 – $91,300.00 – $113,700.00 Annual
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.

Role Designation Hybrid

We come together in the office two days each week – most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in‑person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment.
