On behalf of a Munich-based software company, MAM Gruppe is looking for an organised and detail-oriented ISMS Administrator to support an ongoing ISO 27001 / BSI C5 ISMS implementation project. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest in cybersecurity and information security who wants to gain hands‑on experience in a real-world ISMS programme working alongside an experienced senior specialist. Location: Remote / Hybrid Start: Immediate Duration: Until end of September 2026 Commitment: Part-time or full‑time considered Responsibilities:
Supporting the ISMS Architect with documentation, tracking and administrative tasks Maintaining and updating ISMS documentation in Confluence and Jira Tracking open actions, milestones and control implementation progress Organising and preparing materials for workshops and review meetings General project coordination and administrative support Profile:
Interest in cybersecurity and/or information security Organised, structured and detail‑oriented working style Comfortable working with Confluence and Jira Good written and spoken English — German is a plus No deep technical expertise required — enthusiasm and reliability are key
